HOTEL REMAINS CLOSED UNTIL 4TH JULY 2020
We hope you are all safe and keeping well.
Following the latest governments announcement on the 11th May and the follow up published guidelines. Hotels and accommodation providers are still being forced to remain closed until the 4th July at the earliest.
As always our guests and staff safety is of paramount importance, and we have been working hard at the hotel over the last few months implementing and preparing for reopening with suitable processes in place to comply with the social distancing/safety guidelines etc.
These are challenging times for everyone however we are so looking forward to opening up and welcoming you to our family hotel.
Unfortunately if you have a booking which falls before the 4th July we will have to amend your booking and we are contacting all guests who have bookings prior to the 4th July with their options.
We are currently now only going to be taking bookings with arrival dates from the 5th July onwards, and we have also opened our diary for 2021 bookings.
Any new bookings/rearrangement of dates will also be able to be moved again without penalty if any further government restrictions remain. So if you would like to move your current booking or make a new booking later in the year e.g. August/September/October etc (which many guests are doing) please let us know to ensure we have availability.
We hope that you will still be able to visit us in Cornwall later in the year or next year and we are sorry that we cannot welcome you in the coming months.
Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any further questions or queries, via email or phone on 01872 552318.
Our established team are looking forward to making the preparations to re-open, whenever that may be. We thank you for your continued support and we hope to welcome you back to The Beacon Country House Hotel in the not-too distant future.
Kind Regards and Stay Safe
